At Tailor Made Graphics & Embroidery, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom graphics, embroidery, and branding services. Each project is carefully designed and produced with the utmost attention to detail, ensuring that we meet your specific needs and expectations.

All Sales Are Final: Due to the personalized nature of our services and products, all sales made through Tailor Made Graphics & Embroidery are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Quality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive a product that does not match your approved design due to a production error on our part, please contact us within [specify time frame, e.g., 7 days] of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, may offer to correct the error or produce a replacement.

Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before production has begun. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet entered the production phase, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. 

Changes to Orders: We understand that changes may be necessary. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate changes at no additional cost if production has not started. Once production has begun, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
